Well then, stay put and start applying the "say yes, do no" tactic.
The trick lies in not going against the grain. Don't argue with your no good piece of shit supervisor or manager. Agree with them and smile! And then do as you please.
They want you to stay late and finish whatever you were doing? "Yes boss!" Then quit at your regular time. If they give you any crap about it, just tell them you don't do unpaid overtime.
They want you do do something that falls outside of your job description? Just say "yes boss" and then don't do it. If they give you any crap about it, just tell them it isn't your job to do that.
