A lower-priority issue: Managing Notifications

I've been trying to mark notifications as read in my UCP, but the "Mark all Notifications Read" link at the top of the page doesn't actually mark them read, nor can I actually check the boxes under the "Mark Read" column in the Notifications management pane. There is always just a very, very faint gray check-mark in each box.
