Problems with templates (database)

Hi!

There is something I don't understand with templates in a database:

On some entries I can remove the text from the page and have the option to click to apply a template. On others, the option would never pop up, even when the page is all empty. I don't understand why it works on some and not on others. Do you have an idea?

However, it works very well on a new empty entry.

But I need to apply a template to many entries so I don't understand if it's a bug.
